Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Groundwork, a product owned and operated by Lovable Gazelle LLC("we," "us"). By using Groundwork you agree to them.

1. What Groundwork does

Groundwork scans publicly available information about a website you specify (DNS, registrar, hosting, email, and platform signals) and compiles it into a Domain Foundation Snapshot. It is a discovery head start, not a guarantee.

2. No warranty of accuracy

Public data can be incomplete, masked (for example, behind Cloudflare), out of date, or misattributed. We provide reports "as is," without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Verify anything critical, especially before making DNS, hosting, or email changes, and treat the report as a starting point.

3. Acceptable use

• Use Groundwork only for lawful purposes, on domains you own or have a legitimate interest in.
• Don't use it to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Don't abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the service or its limits.

4. Not affiliated

Groundwork is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the domains, brands, or services it reports on. All marks belong to their owners.

5. Your snapshot

You may use your snapshot for your own business purposes, including sharing it with your agency or team. Lovable Gazelle LLC retains all rights to Groundwork itself, its brand, software, and templates.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovable Gazelle LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes, termination & contact

We may update these terms or the service; continued use means acceptance. We may suspend access for misuse. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida. Questions?
